Over the weekend my twin brother, Clarence, ended up in the hospital for control of his diabetes, i.e., high blood sugar. This morning he got out of the hospital. He needs to take better care of himself and take his medication.

I have decided to move back to Phoenix, Arizona in September, 2011. I need to take care of medical problems, i.e., overweight and general depression. The weather in Arizona better suits my nature.
